My Little Garden Tool Box

Image
My Little Garden Tool box I just love my little garden tool box where I can keep a few tools for my balcony and display this cute little box. My Uncle Harry had this box in his garage and used it to store his shoe polish and polishing brushes and cloths. I love using and displaying things my family once used. Since it is older it has required a little fix up and reinforcement. I used it for a number of years outside and from time to time I needed to keep it from falling apart. Come and see what it looked like before I recently reinforced it with glue and the original nails it came with. Garden Tool Box a Little Worn Out As you can see my box has fallen apart. It can be put back together again; it doesn't look like it here but all the pieces are in pretty good shape. The box legs have grooves for the sides to be placed in and the bottom board of the box is held in place by the sides and secured with the original nails that I still have. Simple Autumn Outdoor Table Decorations - Creating Beautiful Spaces

Image
It's fun to create a beautiful fall outdoor table decoration and even more fun when it is this simple. Here is an old picnic table covered by a folded table cloth, placemat, flower center piece and a cozy loveseat at the end. Three Contrasting Colors with Same Center Piece A simple fall garden table decoration with three different table covering ideas. Traditional orange and green colors, a touch of red or even blue create three different styles to enjoy. This red striped table covering is really an old curtain that I use as an outdoor table covering now. It's so nice to be able to leave the covering outside and not worry about the wear and tear that the outdoor brings. I have washed this several times; it is beginning to show wear but has served me well. Thought I would throw in blue as a very contrasting color for a little twist on the season. Following up here with a different center piece and bringing in some Christmas season colors. ...
